RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Grit + Grace Co. headbands, beanies, and sweaters are made by hand and we take pride in the quality, detail and care of our work.  If you wish to return your order, we will make it right.  Please review the details of the Return and Exchange Policy below.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM, please email hello@gritandgraceco.shop within 15 days of your original order date. You will receive a store credit when the returned item has been received. Return costs are not covered by Grit + Grace Co. 

IF YOU HAVE A DAMAGED ORDER, please email photos to hello@gritandgraceco.shop within 15 days of you original order date so we can get you a replacement or offer you a refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer a variety of shipping options based on the package weight. 

Orders will ship between 5 - 7 business days after order is placed.

Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, transit times can range from 2-3 business days up to 10-12 business days.

NOTE: In an effort to offer a cost effective option, we do provide our customers with a Standard Delivery for orders within Canada at the rate of $6, which does not include tracking.  If the order does not arrive to the final destination, Grit + Grace Co. is not responsible for an order replacement.  

During the COVID-19 pandemic with the large volume being shipped and additional safety measures and precautions, delivery times have increased.

The delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates and Grit + Grace Co. is not responsible for any delays once the package leaves the studio.

Grit + Grace Co. is not responsible for mis-delivered packages, stolen packages or returned packages due to customer error. If your package is returned to us you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to resend your order. For this reason it is very important to make sure you shipping address is correct.
